This is the first time in my life that somebody I have no business with Report me to DMV very nasty low class and unprofessional business operation I will give them zero ⭐️ if I could and will tell everybody, I know to stay away from this Scammers DMV almost suspend my license because of them 😡😡😡😡

My brand-new 2026 Tesla Model S was backed into by a delivery truck less than 10 days after purchase. Thankfully, Tesla records everything. I initially assumed that dealing with a commercial insurance carrier like Ascendant would make the process easier. Unfortunately, it has been the opposite. This has been one of the most challenging and frustrating insurance experiences I’ve ever had. Communication has been poor, and reimbursements have been painfully slow. The accident occurred on 9/11/25, and as of today, 1/13/26, I am still waiting—after repeated follow-ups—for the remaining two checks I am owed: one for diminished value (the vehicle immediately lost value due to the accident while being brand new) and one for rental car expenses. Ascendant is disputing the rental coverage and claiming they will only pay for the days the car was actively being repaired. However, it took the insurance company 21 days just to send the repair confirmation and estimate to Tesla before repairs could even begin. It is completely unreasonable to expect someone to be without a vehicle for three weeks due solely to insurance delays. If Ascendant pays the full amounts owed for repairs, diminished value, and rental expenses, I will remove this review. At this point, I can only hope I don’t have to take this further and retain legal counsel. Time will tell. Anyone considering insurance coverage should seriously reconsider using Ascendant. If this is how they treat someone who was not at fault, I would hate to see how they treat their own insured drivers who cause accidents.

This company is a fraud they will take you money every month and not pay a claim when it’s in your policy I had a truck burn to the ground on nov 27 of 2024 and they just denied the claim today I wouldn’t do any business with this company unless you want to lose and give them free money every month I’m reporting them to the state for fraud and I hope you guys do as well we need to shut this company down

The worst customer service my mom was hit by one of their insured 2 1/2 months later nothing is done. We leave voicemail emails nothing in return. You call to speak to the person and they play games with you. Send you straight to voicemail. Finally, we went through our insurance and the car was picked up in three days. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid After contacting Florida Department of Financial Services and after more then 1/2 year my company received just $6006.80 check out of $6214.44 taken by Ascendant directly from our credit card on July 28 2024. That was a deposit for a cancelled insurance (which were not paid in full which means not started) initiated by John Rotschild the owner of We Insure Group - the subagent of Ascendant. We were unfortunate to pay a deposit on a weekend to realise that their premiums are not covering the liability limit needed and with the new amendment their prices were far too expensive and their services are not even rated. Within a day it was requested a cancellation but John Rotschild - as the owner of his brokerage company completely ignored and then even blocked my emails. Even his personnel despite lately cancelled the insurance/s they have not done anything to refund the money as in fact they were the agents who were dealing with us. Ascendant were even worse and very ruth and asking for irrelevant documantation despite the eir insurance never commenced and those and other requested documents were irrelevant to the existing insurance which at that point it was not cancelled. They do not care about the facts and cancellations they do not provide any realistic and binding reason of the underpayment and are going in ridiculous circles. I would not recommend anyone to deal with We Insure Group and Ascendant Insurance Solutions as both companies are not professional, not responding or simply ignoring any complaints and will make your life miserable, Search for their reviews as both companies are causing big problems.

We had GL insurance through Ascendants for several years, no claims, no problems. Went to renew policy in January . To be told we didn’t have a policy. They said it lapsed last year due to nonpayment of policy premium.(we always make one time payment in full each year) After sorting through records and bank statements I was able to show proof of payment last year. We went all of 2024 thinking we had insurance, but did not. They took our money but did not re new our policy. We asked to just reinstate policy for 2025 and refund our premium from 2024. We were told NO. They could not reinstate because we had no policy in 2024. After much effort and aggravation we finally got a refund of our money from Jan 2024. We are now having difficulty finding new provider of GL insurance because we show a lapse in coverage. We requested letter stating it was Ascendants fault that we had lapse in coverage. It is now May and we still do not have letter. We will have no choice but to pay much higher premium just because Ascendant can’t manage to get us the letter stating it was their fault. I am so very thankful that we did not have anything happen last year when we though we had coverage and did not.🙏
