I used Canada Web (Frank) in April to help build a website. As i was busy with work, I didn't have the content needed yet and I wanted an under construction page with a certain color scheme to it and basic contact options. When the webpage was posted, there was no directions followed and Frank went with a complete opposite color scheme, a complete opposite template (very outdated), and they copy and pasted literally word for word what I told him a while before what my company offered, which I did not want. I contacted him to take the website down and he responded "why". I told him it was not an "under construction webpage" that I asked for. And I didnt want any content on the page because I had none. We went back and forth a bit and I realized this would be a difficult relationship. As Canada Web DOES NOT offer refunds I ended up deciding it was easier to just accept the lose vs wasting my time. Very outdated service as I have found other website companies were very open and honest and extremely helpful. A lot of options out there. Maybe I was a bad client but I haven't changed and I get great service with another company.
