In over 20 years of business I honestly have never had a worse experience with this company, specifically Bobby & Dave. To say that they are incompetant is the tip of the iceberg. Out of the long list of offense that I have with them my main problem was that they 1rst get you signed up for "$300 for the entire year for everything" but then evry 2 months it " oh you owe us $350 for ssl, then 3months later, you owe $650 for seo" none of which I ever wanted or signed up for. So then they put up a bs fisclaimer notice on my website saying "website terminated due to non payment" & they are simply extorting me because its easier for me to pay the money to have the disclaimer remove and my website restored than me go build a new website, etc. So I foolishly believed that I would just pay the money restore my website and make it clear moving forward tjat I didnt want any of these extra services like seo, aeo, etc. To which they tried very, very hard to convince me that no I really needed this & on & on. I literally had to repeat myself to Bobby & Dave so many times I lost count telling them over & over I dont want those services and I simply dont need them. There not worth the money, etc. Then sure enough in a few more months they would do the same exact thing. Put up "website terminated to nonpayment" & tell me I owe more money for seo, etc. Btw there own Wxperts website ranks a 7 out of 100 scored by Google analytics. So if the work they do to promote there very own business website is that terrible do you really think they will be doing anything helpful for your business website??? What a joke. Unanswered emails, texts, phone calls it goes on & on. Totally unproffesional, completley incompetent!! Also I had to file criminal charges against them for fraudulently charging my credit cards without authorization. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

I used this company and regret my choice, I explained to them what my website is about, did not seem to matter they wrote what they wanted to, to this day Feb 21 2025 I still get phone calls from people looking to rent heavy equipment, that's not what I do, I asked for my money back as the website itself was poorly done and written. They kept my money. They also did not tell me how many steps were involved, once step 1 was done and paid for, they hit you with step 2, 3 and 4 which each costs money. Stay clear of this company is my personal recommendation. I am out about $1200 US and had no choice but to change my website yet the phone calls keep coming for stuff I do not deal in.
