Great place if you know exactly what you are looking for. Prices are better than the big box stores and carry many popular and well known brands.

Staff stated a product was not in stock despite the website saying otherwise. No solution was provided. After my visit I called to follow up to no response and a full inbox so no way to leave a message.

I ordered a backpack sprayer at SiteOne that I could not find anywhere else. I had called other stores and they were all out of stock. SiteOne initially was out of stock as well but after talking to the rep he informed me that they had already ordered some from another store and would be there in a couple days. Called back in a couple days and there was an issue with shipping so the rep had one shipped in from a local store next day for me to pick up. All in all I could have found the product somewhere else however the customer service from the rep was helpful. I also noticed that without asking they applied a $25 discount on the product so it was a good deal and likely cheaper than I could have found elsewhere. Although I had to wait a few days, for this particular product that seemed like it would have been the case anywhere and I appreciated the personal touch that they delivered. Great experience!
