I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s hiring process. I applied for an iOS Developer position and went through multiple rounds: an initial virtual interview, a second round at their office where I completed a technical task, followed by a technical discussion with the business head, and finally an HR round. After clearing all rounds, the company confirmed my selection, agreed on salary, and asked me to complete documentation and provide a security cheque. Initially, I had planned to join from 1st May, but the company insisted on an earlier joining, so I adjusted my plans and agreed to join on 27th April. Based on their confirmation and urgency, I relocated from Anand to Ahmedabad, paid PG deposit and rent, and declined two other job offers. My joining date was set for 27th April. However, just a few days before joining (on 23rd April), I received a call from HR stating that they can no longer hire me because the project was cancelled. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The company should have had clarity before making an offer and asking for financial and personal commitments from a candidate. At the very least, they should have communicated earlier or been transparent about the uncertainty. This experience resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise candidates to be cautious when dealing with this company.
