Awful prices for bootleg products and even worse customer service, instead of welcoming you into the store or asking if you need help looking for anything the workers either glare at you or pretend you don’t exist then become outright impolite when speaking to customers. Plenty better stores to get fandom merch from in the mall where the employees don’t act all up their own behind, aswell as where the merch is actually official and not overpriced. Teach your employees to treat people like people please. Quite a disappointing shopping experience.

Place was not worth it well overpriced for literally everythinggg. Ill sum it up went in looking for transformers every single one of them was marked by a minimum of 20 dollars higher than retail price and keep in mind I said minimum 20 dollars that was on the smallest ones that typically retail 25/35 bucks they had every single one of those marked up to 50 not a single one cheaper and the bigger ones omg legacy evolution galaxy shuttle they had him marked at 139.99 gamestop had the same dude for 65.99 the ss86 optimus prime was 230 I picked up one at gamestop/ebgames whatever for 125 this place honestly is not worth it I typically go to ebgames to pickup collectibles or toys and ill definitely be sticking with ebgames after going to this dump👎👎👎👎 Totally not worth it.. save your money or just go somewhere else that won't rip you off for wayyy more money than any other place would ever take from you. Oh forgot to mention just about 80 percent of the stuff there is fake so be aware about that too if buying something there unless you really know what you're looking at i wouldn't be pick up anything from here. Fake knock off products. veryyy over priced. Oblivious staff.

I’ve been shopping for a long time, and I can honestly say this was one of the most uncomfortable store visits I’ve had. The owners trailed me around the entire time, watching me like a hawk, which was insulting and completely unnecessary. I’m there to shop, not to be treated like a criminal. On top of that, a lot of the merchandise looked cheaply made, and some items seemed like knockoff imports. For what they’re charging, the quality simply isn’t there. The prices are marked up far beyond what the products are worth. All in all, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Unwelcoming atmosphere, questionable quality, and overpriced items.

Workers are just rude. They yelled at us for suspecting shoplifting and kicking us out even though we didn’t do anything of sort, we were just browsing since it was our first time checking there. They were bad talking about us in a different language even though we understood them, mind you, we are significantly younger than them and we didn’t do anything wrong throughout our visit. I get they’re paranoid about thieves, but don’t just accuse and yell at your customers just because they picked up something and browsing around with it. Not to mention, they sell bootlegs and such a high price. Don’t come to this place unless you want to get yelled at and get bombarded with accusations.

This place is awful. Not only are the prices atrocious, they are double the price of the actual product, while all being bootlegs. Every single time I step into this store, the employees are staring hard at me, and whispering things to each other in Chinese. They were saying stuff about me and my friend which were just completely untrue. I’ve made purchases here before, but they just kicked me and my friend out for no reason! We weren’t being loud or disrespectful, and we definitely weren’t stealing anything. We weren’t planning to get anything, and we were looking around, and they just told us to get out. I guess they really hate window shoppers. There a very few things that are worth it here. Don’t come here.

We stopped by this Toys and Collectibles to check out some Gundams. This place is well stocked with so many varieties of toys. It’s an interesting and nice shop for the kids and adults too.
