I had a really wonderful experience with TBC, Hamilton office specifically. The application process was clear, organized and extremely responsive. My point of contact, Thomas, was fantastic. Very friendly, professional and truly wanted to help me find success at my job placement. Every step of the process and what to expect was communicated clearly and also could go to him with any questions. I ended up getting an offer of full time employment with my first job placement a couple weeks before my 3 month contract even ended. I mean, of course you have to do the work yourself and have a good work ethic, but I couldn't have gotten where I am now or even find this opportunity without the Best Connection and Thomas. They truly help set you up for success. It also was great to get a weekly pay check as opposed to bi-weekly, and it was always correct and on time. Highly recommend going through these guys!
