When I first met FPM3 I was trying to figure out how to get my marketing in alignment with my sales. If not why? They were upfront regarding costs but there were a couple of items that we thought were in the budget that were not, and we ended up paying extra for. 2. Did the website meet the specific performance requirements? The website as an initial investment is providing the usability and function we were looking to develop. FPM3 were helpful in presenting the functions and developing the site. They provided progress and development meetings to help flesh out some of the administrative hurtles experienced during execution of the site concept. 3. How was FPM3's customer service and communication throughout the project? Customer service was always direct, polite, professional and prompt. FPM3 proved to be detail driven and consistently strives to provide thorough and clear solutions and direction during development stages. 4. Out of 5, how much would you rate your overall experience with this vendor? Four stars, the project was not delivered on the exact schedule promised however the road to completion was littered with technical obstacles that FPM3 navigated professionally allowing for a pleasant experience and the site provided is capable of what was presented from the start. Update: I have updated this review to 5 stars, we felt compelled to update the review following FPM3's stellar customer service contacting us unsolicited to warn against the perils of maintaining an unsecured website.
