I would be happy to remove this review if they would respond. It has been FIVE MONTHS without my sauna. After a 2-month back order, they shipped it on a crate that was too small, so it arrived very damaged. Next, they sent me THE WRONG ONE. Mind you, I've had to haul this sauna roof up and down two flights of stairs both times. This time, I said to them, just send me the bottom half of the new roof (one size bigger than my old one) and refund my shipping. They never return calls or emails. They don't answer sometimes, or put you on hold and then disconnect. I have received probably 20 emails with personal information from other customers despite several attempts to let them know this was happening. I wonder who received MY address, phone, name, etc! I have offered to drive 3.5 hours each way to pick it up and return the old, at great cost in time and money to me, but they won't respond. I'm at my wits end. Just filed a complaint to BBB. Wish me luck. Very frustrated.

I purchased the Hathaway Spartan 6 Ft Pool Table, with Ping Pong Table. I am thrilled with the purchase. The quality, value and delivery was all better than expected. What truly impressed me though was the customer service! One of the corners of the ping pong table attachment was damaged during shipping. I reached out to customer service, unsure if this was going to become a battle. It did not. I worked with Branden Glynn who responded quickly, was professional, friendly and results focused. We exchanged a few emails to provide him with all of the needed information and in less than a week from my initial email, he had ordered the replacement part, which I anticipate arriving shortly. Thank you Branden for making this a pleasure and not a battle! You are an asset to the company! I will most definitely look to Blue Wave Products for future purchases!

Great customer service from Brendan and the team. We recently received the Winchester dart board and cabinet. 1 of the 6 darts was broken during the shipping process. I called the warranty number and spoke to a real person in minutes. She provided clear direction to email information to them. Brendan responded to my email the next day. Less than a week from making my call I have the replacement dart pack! Great teamwork and very easy.

I ordered Blue Wave 16X32 Pool leaf cover. When i opened it, it had a tear down the center and had been sewn up. It did not hold together. I called the warranty department and spoke to Brendan Glynn. I sent him photos of the net and within a few hours, I received an email saying that a replacement is on the way. I appreciate a Company and its employees that stand behind their products and the process works smoothly.

I had not purchased a Blue Wave Product in the past, preferring to deal with the company I had worked with over the past 20 years for my pool supplies. That being said, I purchase one of their 18 ft above ground covers last September and was disappointed when I noticed it was seeping water up from under the cover, thus leaking. The cover in question had a full 3 year replacement warranty and a 15 year pro-rated warranty and was purchase thru Amazon. The cover is put up in storage, in season and even has nylon netting on top of the cover to prevent debris and limbs from hitting it. The cover seems of good thickness and quality with no visible holes or cracks. I am guessing that maybe the seam, which goes down the middle of the pool may have broken loose in some way. So, although not sure of the product, I contacted Blue Wave with regard to a warranty replacement and was pleasantly surprised to note that they did get back to me within a few minutes saying that a replacement cover is being ordered and will be sent to me in a few days. This is very quick warranty service. Although a little concerned with the hope that the cover I had purchased was a rare defective that can happen and the replacement will be better. Blue Wave Products does seem to follow up with warranty. I will try to follow up with this review when the replacement cover is received. Follow up, I received a second email, supposedly from the company handling warranty from New Wave saying they will need me to pay for shipping of the replacement cover of some $12.00+ and that I would need to call their customer service with a credit card to make the order. That in itself is understandable and acceptable. But, in addition they charged a 3% service fee for me using a credit card. Since they only allowed me use a credit card to order the replacement, you would think that would have been figured in. Follow up: Warranty replacement cover received in only 2 days. I am not sure why but I was not charged shipping for the new cover. So on that count, my experience with Blue Wave Products purchased thru Amazon has been very good. Quick customer service response and my issue taken care of in only a couple days. Dan Southwest Missouri
