As a brief background, we hired SEO Twist in 2015 to take over the rewrite of our website and work on SEO aspect of things to bring the ranking up. Prior to hiring SEO Twist, we were pretty much operating in the dark. They have been on top of this task for the past 4 years and I am very pleased to report that our website has been continuously on the first page of google for some very competitive keywords. In addition, we also hired the same team to manage the paid campaigns - and that has been going very smoothly as well. Last but not least, our website is supported by a number of trained professionals, so when issues happen, there is someone to look into it and resolve it in a timely manner. This is critical for us because we take payments from our clients on our website and it has to be up and running 24 by 7. They are on their game to put it simply. I never have to reach out to them to get things done, as they always reach out to me with game plans on what we're doing next in our marketing strategy. Super polite, friendly, professional, and punctual. I deal with Rose and Jerome quite often and they are both great. Andre (their VP) is easy to get along with and provides solutions to make things happen, and I even consider him a friend now. I have only been with them for a few months but so far so good.
