Emailed regarding meeting with them to potentially switch over my business to them. I received a reply from Kimberly Briggs saying she'll call me the next day to see if "we are a good fit" (bad way to start an email to be honest). That was 13 days ago... no one called. Emailed her again 8 days ago, still no answer. Made my decision pretty easy not to go with them. Edit: To the reply from the owner/manager: then maybe tell people your offices are closed for the summer (which is weird since you run a marketing agency that markets for other businesses, how can you take the whole summer off?). Also, don't tell someone you'll call them the next day, only to not call them or reply to them for weeks after that until you receive a bad review. I am very happy I did not sign on as your client if you guys take the whole summer off, how do you market for your clients?
