I've been ordering prescription contacts regularly from them since 2014, totalling 13 orders to date. Each time, the order was correct and delivery was a breeze (took anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks to get to me, but I am across the country from them), and a few times due to promotions, BestContacts even threw in some free/extra contacts included. I highly recommend BestContacts for quality contacts at excellent prices.

Great experience ordering for Best Contacts. I always do a big purchase so I make sure to shop around. They had the best prices. A couple days after ordering I grew concerned after checking my account with them as it said I had no orders. I emailed them and received an email back within an hour or two letting me know that my order was on it's way to me and would be here within the week. I was even more pleased today when I received my order and they had included extra contacts because of the amount I purchased. I did notice the lenses they sent me were not the air optix aqua I had ordered, instead they were air optix with hydraglide, an upgrade I am pleased about! Thanks Best Contacts.

UPDATE: Another weekend coming to an end…still no contacts…no communication….no tracking….into week number 8…..scammed. UPDATE: Weekend....still no contacts....no tracking # provided yet.....no response to email.....now going on week 7.....BEWARE. UPDATE: 2 weeks since my original post and still no contacts.....no tracking number....6 weeks and counting. Biggest mistake ordering from this place. Ordered a month ago. Told after the fact that contacts need to be specially made (which is bs as I have ordered these elsewhere including my optometrist without issue) and may take 2-3 weeks. Regardless they have now exceeded even that timeframe. Today told “we called Bausch and Lomb” and that “They said they are rushing them to us”….stop lying and blaming another company and just send me my order. Worst experience….never again and will spread the word.

I looked through multiple websites, placing items in carts and going as far as the check out page (because sometimes fees pop out of nowhere at the check out!) and bestcontacts.ca had the best price among them all. I got my lenses fairly quickly. They came in Ziploc bags and a letter stating they had sent the boxes back to Air Optix to redeem 3 free pairs of contacts since I purchased 4 boxes. They included the 3 pairs in the delivery! I definitely recommend getting your contacts from this company.
