If I could give a insurance agency 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I cannot explain it enough! I tried to call and add my daughter who is a new driver for 2 months with a promise of being called back. Mo is who I was being transferred to and I never would get a call back. I switched to a new insurance agency who was able to give me a great rate and change over my home and auto insurance policy. Guess what... DG Insurance Agency signed me up with Auto and Home insurance policy without my consent. I have provided the proof that I have a new policy to them and they still signed me up for a policy. The only reason why I knew was because I got a booklet in the mail for a auto policy. I have tried calling back and asking for a supervisor but Amy refused to give me their number and sent me to a voicemail which wasn't setup to take voicemails!! I have been more than understanding that things happen but this is RIDICULOUS!! and I am so disappointed in this company.
