Huge thank you to Cardinale GMC. They went above and beyond for me when purchasing my new canyon AT4. Everyone i worked with super friendly and professional. They offered to buy me lunch and drinks while I waited for the truck to be detailed. Once the truck was ready mike took the time to make sure everything worked and I was able to setup my phone and answer any questions I had. All I got to say it was extremely a great experience being helped by Jorge. Since we arrived to the dealership he greeted us nicely and showed us the truck that we wanted to look at. My name is John Vierra, I purchased a brand new 2025 gmc sierra 3500 duramax truck from this dealer. First impression of them was great but 3 weeks later after wire transfer was sent in full by the way I still have not received my purchase contract and all documents I signed . Also I have my insurance company contacting me stating I can be fined and or have my drivers license suspended because my truck shows not registered in the state of California. I have never once had this type of issue purchasing brand new at any other dealer. This is absolutely not ok and all I am hearing from the dealer are excuses. I specifically gave Silvia my correct shipping address and she said she would air mail as agreed immediately after wire transfer was sent and confirmed which was now 2 weeks ago. I know have to send registration to my insurance so they don’t turn me in to dmv for fines and potential suspension caused my this dealership. The salesman that helped me out is now no longer working at this dealer. I really don’t like to have to leave negative reviews but in order to have a business do better they need to get feedback back like this or they will continue this type of incompetency. They also asked for 5 star review right of the bat and at the time I left them a nice review but weeks later after I have not received any of my paperwork and also being threatened by insurance company I had to leave this review. It’s funny they ask for 5 stars. They tell us to not leave a review unless it’s a 5 star. Shouldn’t we have the freedom to leave a review based on how they did and not feel pressured. I made the mistake of leaving a review early trusting there integrity of sending me all my documents next day as they promised and also registering my truck immediately which did not happen. The dealer failed to fulfill there agreement with me to get my important documents sent out after money exchanged hands and also registering my truck. Leave a review after everything is 100 percent complete. My mistake was doing it to early. Don’t feel pressured to do it right away.
