Extremely disappointed with the careless service and ruined product! My wife purchased a bag from this lululemon store at Ala Moana Center on the evening of May 20, 2026. The staff member who handled our checkout was completely expressionless and unprofessional, but what’s worse is their absolute carelessness: they forgot to remove the security tag from the bag. Because we were international tourists, we didn’t notice it until we returned to our home country. When we finally managed to remove the heavy security tag, we realized the bag was already severely damaged, leaving a huge, noticeable hole in the mesh and fabric. We initially thought it was a manufacturing quality control issue when looking at it from afar, but it turns out to be a direct result of your staff's gross negligence. We paid full price for a brand-new premium product, only to have it completely ruined before its first use due to your store's terrible service. If you are a tourist visiting this Honolulu location, please double-check every single item before leaving the store. The staff here clearly do not care about their customers or the products they sell. Absolutely unacceptable.

My wife and I were in to shop this store at Ala Moana when we were in Oahu last week. We had a great experience with Jessica. She was so friendly and very helpful in finding what my wife was looking for. 100% recommend this store.

But it was a little weird. I feel like the quality of the products have definitely going down. The shopping experience isn't quite what it was before either. It feels familiar but really just depended on what I was looking for. Do we close with my girlfriend, they were a little more helpful. But when I was by myself, they didn't really approach me Priceline, not much has changed. But I wonder if that's why quality has gone down. The place isn't changed over the years but things have nothing more expensive to produce me with a realized it via a drop in quality. I'm sure, but things differently feel different and don't last as long. Plus, they don't have the same guarantees that they used to have. That's such a bummer. Parking is pretty wide and available depending on the time that you come. Trailer park undercover / in the cupboard rather than out in the open. I can get hot

I came into the store for the second time that week basically looking for a new wardrobe after the catastrophic flooding that happened on The North Shore of O'ahu and they were all absolute gems! Lindsey was the first to have approached me in the store, because she had noticed that it was my second time coming in that very week, and made my whole entire year by basically hooking me up with the manager, Lauren, and giving me the best gift of all! She even gave me her personal phone number basically just in case I needed extra household items along the way to recuperate things inside of my home since I had ended up losing everything, such a sweetheart! Xander was the one who helped me find a couple of different outfit sets and he was always super patient and helpful with whatever questions, comments, and concerns that I had because I hadn't been inside of a Lululemon store in quite some time! Sydney H. was an absolute sweetheart to me and her smile lit up the whole store and was very helpful when it came to trying things on and also listened to my whole sob story! If any of the staff who had helped me out on that day replenish my wardrobe from the catastrophic North Shore flooding, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You definitely know what you did for me and I don't take that lightly and will never take that moment for granted! I will never forget what the staff did for me on that day, and I am eternally grateful for absolutely everything so thank you guys again! They all deserve a raise! They're the best of the best!

I am so surprised at how poor the customer service is at this location. I have shopped lululemon in different cities and this is the only location where I have had a negative experience. Today I walked in right after opening as I had a question about running shorts and thought that by getting there early before it got crowded, someone would be available to help. I stood for 3 minutes listing to two sales associates on the floor talk about how one of them should work on the design team because she is so talented. I finally asked if either of them worked there, at which point the tall blonde grudgingly turned her attention to me and gave me incorrect information about the shorts.

Koa was extremely helpful and friendly. I came in to buy training gear and he recommended the right size with great accuracy. Smooth and pleasant experience.

I've recently had two great experiences at this Lululemon. Both were when I ordered ahead. The experience was flawless, and the staff made the whole thing feel effortless. The store is very clean, and the items I bought were perfect. I will definitely be shopping here again.

So a pair of black or white yoga pants, shorts, a top or jacket could be marked as an authentic Lululemon Hawaii limited edition piece because a group of hibiscus’ or a rendering of the Hawaiian island chain that looks similar to a sticker/iron imprinted somewhere on the garment. The store will load the rack with a size run & are sold out of all items by the end of the day usually. Great service from all workers. Nicole helped me get my fitting room ready, held several items I had decided to purchase at the counter, and even helped order a pair of shorts that was not available at the store to be mailed to me. My military discount was granted with appropriate ID. We ended up spending close to an hour in the store, but felt comfortable enough moving about without being rushed, limited only by my own schedule. Yes, lululemon is expensive, but the garments are top quality, and definitely don’t blame the store if you aren’t familiar with the brand! 😄
