Horrible experience and service . Bought a Samsung A53 from Samsung Experience Dolphin Mall in June. It stopped working in August. Took more than 3 weeks to repair at Topp. Phone stopped working again in November. Took it back to Topp no one was at the reception. Two employees past by and did not assist or call anyone. Samsung should get ride of this contractor. It is unbelievable that such a large company would have a useless contractor like this.

They don't care about customer needs. I dropped my phone off to this location 2 weeks ago and they haven't shipped yet. When you call girl who answers the phone doesn't know anything... Keep blaming system. Where is the owner of this location? I am filling a complain with Vendor
