We signed with Great Agent in February 2018 for a 1-year contract. During the onboarding process we received good technical support from Great Agent and they were initially very accommodating to our special requests and setups for our website and CRM. The Great Agent platform delivered leads at a higher quality than other platforms we have used and we were encouraged. Over time the level of tech support we received largely diminished and we struggled with small tech detail problems that went unanswered by Great Agent. They were clearly under staffed and not responsive to our calls. In December 2018 we made a decision to leave Great Agent and move our business toward an all-digital platform. We delivered our notice of cancellation to Great Agent in a timely manner in accordance with our contract. At that moment all support ceased from Great Agent leadership and tech staff. We received no support in the transfer and off boarding of our data at all and received a notice 7 days before our account was to contractually expire that they were turning us off with only 24 hours’ notice. The CEO even then sent us a bill for “extra days” on our account which we had to show him our signed contract before he rescinded the invoice and kept our platform alive for the contracted time – all of this in spite. Great Agent is in itself a good idea but lacks the support staff depth, systems and leadership ethics to sustain its model in this competitive world. Do not sign with Great Agent until you perform a deep dive into their business practices, support staff and reviews.
