This company was contracted by Hydro-Québec for the efficient heat pump program. I submitted a cancellation request on September 21, 2023. Five months later, my cancellation request has still not been processed and the check has not been cancelled. I strongly advise against signing a contract with this company. It was a very poor customer experience despite their website stating that customer satisfaction is their priority. The only people who gave 5 stars in the reviews section appear to be employees, so the "rating" of this customer satisfaction review is biased. |

I've been waiting for my Hydro-Québec subsidy refund check since November. It's been issued and sent to the previous owner four times now. Despite several follow-ups, I was finally supposed to receive the check this week, and yes! I did! Still in the other owner's name… This is beyond ridiculous. What a bunch of incompetents. If you're replacing your heat pump, don't count on this amount to help you; you'll be waiting a very long time. |

A very poor customer experience with this Hydro-Québec subcontractor for the efficient heat pump subsidy program. Months of delays in processing my application, contradictions and errors—in short, everything that resembles delaying tactics to avoid paying the subsidies and keep the funds as long as possible (and possibly earn interest on them). Throughout my experience, I felt like they were putting obstacles in my way so I wouldn't receive the subsidy I was entitled to. I strongly advise any organization against using this company for customer service. It's more like abuse. |

I am driver for Restaurant I delivered an order to Anne de Lang she did not pay and she did not answer the phone I called her more than 10 times. I trust her because it was company but she did not pay it is shameful for your company because your employees stolen for eating |
Experience that is more like a nightmare!! The check issued for the grant was refused and they just took $1800 from my account!! Run away from this company!!
