My representative is named Spencer and I couldn’t ask for a more polite, knowledgeable, and respectful person. He accommodated every question I ask and was so helpful in securing what I needed done. The guy that i spoke to kept trying to push me to keep the policy despite me having said multiple times that i wish to cancel my policy. I got the sense that he was trying to pressure me into keeping the contract, i had explained that the dealership had a better warranty and it aligned better with what i ideally wanted to pay. On top of the that, i was waiting for a representative for almost 20+ minutes the first time just to get put on hold for about the same amount of time not even two or so minutes after finally having someone take my call, on top of explaining why i wanted to cancel the warranty and for who knows how long. Not a big fan of peer pressure and being put on hold twice for a ridiculous amount of time. |

My experience with Mr. G was very grateful! I expressed my concern to want to cancel my policy due to a financial bind, however after conversing about the seriousness of continuing to remain covered was consulted, I agreed in avoiding what could be thousands of dollars of possible maintenance fees if I would not be covered through the company. Furthermore, his expertise, professionalism and knowledge was well enough for me to know that I was in the right place with the right company. |

**Please use caution before signing up! I was informed that I would receive a "Risk-Free, 30-day Refund" if I didn't want this warranty. However, the salesperson, Shaden DID NOT disclose to me that there was a "Non-Refundable Fee" of $29. Also, I kept telling Shaden that I DID NOT want this warranty. She kept on bringing up other things to consider. Basically, she didn't take my "No" for an answer. *(Some might call that "harassment"). I told her I wanted to talk to others before agreeing to this. Shaden told me that was fine. However, the "special offer" would end. That's when she informed me of the "Risk-Free, 30-Day Refund". So, I felt "safe" and agreed to this offer. Then, I did speak to others and chose to cancel. When I called the next business day to CANCEL this policy. That's when Dalton, Account Manager, informed me that there was a "Non-Refundable Fee" of $29. I was so mad! *A word to Dalton: Please express some empathy, some compassion. You may have agreed with what I was saying--but, your tone betrayed those sentiments. *Later, I called a different number and spoke with Kari, from Customer Service. "Thank you, Kari for refunding the $29. "Non-Refundable Fee". Also, you displayed some empathy to my situation. |

LESS than 1-Star Review – Cancellation Attempt Within 30 Days Not Honored I purchased an Endurance vehicle service contract on January 5 for a 2021 Ford Expedition. I traded the vehicle on January 10 and called Endurance on January 15 — well within the 30-day cancellation window — to cancel. During that call, I was told it would be “taken care of.” I was not informed that cancellation required submitting a notarized form. Nearly a month later (February 9), I received a call from billing stating my payment had declined. I again explained that I had already traded the vehicle and had called to cancel within the 30-day period. At that point, I was told there was no record of my January 15 call and that their system “automatically documents every call.” Because they have no record, they consider the policy active. I was also informed that cancellation requires a notarized form — something that had not been mentioned in my earlier communication. I was told: I am now outside the 30-day cancellation window. Any refund would be prorated based on the date they receive the notarized form. The original cancellation attempt would not be honored without internal documentation of that call. Since I never filed a claim and attempted to cancel within 10 days of purchase, I requested a good-faith full refund given the circumstances. That request was declined, and I was told to refer back to the contract terms. What concerns me most is that customers have no independent way to verify that a cancellation call was logged. If the company has no record, the burden appears to fall entirely on the customer — even if the call was made within the stated timeframe. My advice to anyone considering this company: Request written confirmation immediately when canceling. Ask specifically about required forms. Follow up in writing the same day. I attempted to cancel within the cancellation window and never used the policy, yet I am now being offered only a prorated refund calculated from a much later date which effectively results in a net ZERO refund. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing; I feel like I was scammed out of $130 that I should have been refunded. I never filed a claim on the policy and I couldn't have filed a claim within the first 30 days because that is their waiting period and I had already traded the vehicle in. Bottom line--DO NOT believe their cancel within 30 days for a full refund BS; they will make it so difficult and jump you from department to department until you are past the 30 days and they get to keep your money. |

We purchased a contract on our 250 GLA the representative asked if the car had a 4matic and was told yes. Fast-forward there was an issue with the 4MATIC only to find it was not covered, we should have had the superior plan. Why while on the phone did the representative not guide us to the plan that would cover that(my guess is lack of experience or knowledge of services)? I tried to get roadside assistance and could not, (out of service area) what good is the roadside assistance? So far this has been a huge disappointment! |

Endurance Account Manager Keith Freedman delivered outstanding service! I contacted him to report that I hadn't received the product I believed I bought and requested to cancel my contract. I had already bought a warranty from a competitor. He handled it impressively, showing honesty, product knowledge, and attentiveness to my needs. His approach convinced me of Endurance's reliability as a warranty provider. So, upgraded my policy and kept Endurance as my warranty provider! |

I've had it for a while but haven't had to use it so far. I have called them and spoke to nice gentleman about my policy and he was freindly and helpful. Answers my questions satisfactory and was very polite and courteous. |

Ask auto shop if they took Endurance on my 2020 caddy ct6. They said yes. It was a thermostat. The part was cheap. But getting to it was costly. 1500 bucks, well long story short Endurance payed about half. Which felt better than eating the whole bill. Hope this helps. I pay around 228 a month. They are a real company and will pay. Its worth it to me now that my bumper to bumper warranty is over from cadillac. Pic's from auto shop |

My representative was friendly and explained things in way that was easy to understand. He also asked me questions to tailor my plan to my needs. The car is spotless but does have 80,500 miles in it. Which is good for a 2017. I love my BMW but they are one of the higher brands when it comes to repairs. |

$180 a month to have peace of mind. Transmission needed repair $3500. Endurance refused!! Transflush was done before policey started but not done according to when they wanted done. Not informed when purchasing contract but in a book mailed to me after contract was purchased. Month after month scrapping by financially. But I made sure I paid my $180 EVERY month. So my car would be covered. But it wasn't!!! My transmission went......I had to fix both mount due to trans being bad. ( Not covered) I took a loan out for $1900 ($63 a week). Still having to make my car payment $545. Was waiting on approval for trans to be fix ......DENIED.....I was forced into bankruptcy......I Hate Endurance......they stole from me .....when thought I had peace of mind.....I lost my car. I only had 1 more year to pay on. I dispise Endurance. I was a loyal customer......I paid for warranty for a long time. I hope karma comes to all that have deceived me and anyone else
