We wanted to ship our order on a third party billing account, and requested that they contact us with the information they needed to do so. Instead, they blatantly ignored our request and charged us for shipping. I have gone back and forth with Kelley Ference, our sales rep- Stacie Woltman, and Mary Hessemann, and all of them tell me they will be in contact with what can be done but it has been over a month since I have contacted American Ad Bag about this issue, and they have not done a thing about it but draw the issue out longer. If you want great, and prompt customer service do not consider using American Ad Bag, because you will get the exact opposite of that.

Digital Promotions and Promo Products are real companies, but they are being phished/spammed/spoofed. We suspect that the company doing this is PPDDatabase or XianHouzData fro China. Please report this to all Distributors. American Ad Bag is a great company. We know them for 3 decades and they've only bee a stand up company.
