Good selection of plushies if you need fast otherwise you can order from pokemon center for substantially less. DONT sell cards here. They paid heavily damaged TCG price for NM. While Charging NM for LP cards. My daughter was excited so I brushed it off but $6 for a $20 card and charge $25 for a $9. Maybe just the employee I dealt with being inexperienced but definitely leaves a bad taste especially when spending quite a bit of money already today and especially the past few time I’ve been there. Not sure I’d even be willing to give another shot which sucks because they have a good selection but now it seems their pricing is rushed and over looked and probably not accurate. Could be isolated but it seems there is only 1 person doing pricing when I was there. The collector store in st.Charles has always been fair and generous to customers spending a lot of money. Hopefully they can correct this and be more attentive and educated when appraising people collectibles. Probably not coming here when time for the moonbreon.

Fantastic pokemon card selection. They sell singles and almost every booster created. There prices are super competitive to any other store and highly suggest stopping by if your into any of the cards games you'll more than likely walk out with a card or a pack or like me with 2 elite trainer boxes of pokemon

Huge selection of overpriced Pokemon plushies. Not much of an MTG selection, but fair prices. Very messy and extremely unorganized. The air smelled of stale chips and body sweat. My 4 yr old daughter and I had a horrible experience worth sharing. We showed up to the card shop at 3:15, with the intentions of trading some cards in for some store credit. I did not realize they stopped trading and buying cards 2 hours before they close, at 5 pm. So we showed up 15 minutes past their "cut-off" time. A little late, I get it. But they were in no way busy at all. So I asked if he had time to help me out anyways. He immediately started snapping his head back and forth and threw an attitude out like he was just sooo aggrevated that I even asked. The guy was sitting there playing with Pokemon cards. And again, the place was not busy at all. As we were leaving, I took a look back and caught the guy rolling his eyes and mouthing stuff to himself. Pathetic and weird experience. I'll never take my kids back up there It was the skinny blk guy with glasses, dressed like he was going to the club. He claimed to be a "manager". His demeanor was that of a child who didn't want to be bothered, and his energy was super negative. Guy needs to get out of his feelings. A power trip at a kids' card shop? No one's impressed

So lucky to have such an awesome game store near me. By FAR the best game store I've ever been to in a 150+ mile radius, all across the board. My absolute go to for pokemon cards! (Their plush selection is amazing as well) Always have plenty of stock, employees are incredibly fun, knowledgeable, laidback and helpful! Owner is incredibly kind, caring and good hearted. I particuarly LOVE the surplus of lower cost singles that they offer- all beautifully organized into labeled binders and filed neatly. My favorite thing to do is browse through those binders, I always end up finding SO many cards Ive been searching for and they're constantly getting new stuff in. Never know what I'll find, I just known it's gonna be something good! Every one of my best hits and highest pull rate lucks have been from packs and EBTs purchased here.

Literally breathtaking. I drove over 2 hours hoping for pokemon center plushes. When I opened the door it took my breath away. 1000's. THOUSANDS of them. All shapes and sizes. The owner was one of the most down to earth and friendly business owners I've ever observed. I was helped, shocked in the best of ways, and felt like a friend while I was shopping. This is the best game shop experience ive ever had.

Called the place up the day before and asked if they were hosting their yugioh tournaments still and they said yes, drove up there the day off and apparently they had canceled it that week and hadn’t thought to tell me! I drove decently far to get there as I have gone for years to buy cards and always enjoyed the staff but this particular interaction very much peeved me. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
