I genuinely wish I could give Alphagraphics an extra star. Lynn is an absolute miracle maker. I had a printing emergency come up the morning of a very important meeting and when I say emergency I mean I didn't think it was possible to get this job done. I called 4 shops before her and they all said the same thing. Alphagraphics / Lynn made it happen. Instead of saying no she offered me a solution. On top of that she sent me a quote with parking directions and a map. Alphagraphics finished my prints early and they looked even better than our original idea. I went to this location back in around March or April of 2018 after talking to a young lady over the phone a couple of times about making labels that can be placed on small plastic bottles. She and I agreed to have some samples mailed to me so that I could truly see and feel what the material/paper would be like. Once I paid for the labels and received them, in a few minutes, I knew that the paper was not sturdy enough for the job. The paper started buckling and the coloring started developing a couple of creases in areas that I surely did not want it. So I did the best that I could. I mentioned to her that it would be great if they had more sturdy paper options. The other bad thing about this is that, when I called the young lady back, she did not apologize, accommodating nor did she make me feel appreciated.

They do not print blueprints at this location, but from another of their locations across town. I was not informed of this when I ordered my blueprints. They ended up being delivered to this location late, and I was forced to wait for my prints. I even asked if I could meet their slow delivery truck in transit, but that wasn’t an option, even though I had already paid in full. Wish their process was more efficient, and upfront. I may try to use them again sometime to see if this inefficiency was just a fluke.

Zak was extremely prompt and helpful in answering all my questions, something that I rarely see these days in my business interactions. These guys did a great job setting up the Vinyl Decals at our office. Their account executive Francisco Medina was great! I've gone to Alphagraphics twice thus far, once to print a 30"x30" board for the photo booth at my wedding, and the second time to print thank you cards. Each time, I've had positive experiences with the staff, who were all friendly, professional, and responsive to concerns. I was in a time crunch for my thank you cards, and they were able to get them done within a day! The prices are higher compared to online ordering, but the products I've received from Alphagraphics are great quality, and you can't beat the fast turnaround times!

I don't know where I got the idea that trying to print my own wedding programs and signs would be easy and money-saving, but a couple of toner incidents and terrible color mistakes later, I knew my sanity was worth hiring someone. Kerry did a great job getting a quote together quickly and letting me come by to see a printed proof of my documents before the full run (paranoia after my DIY failures) - the rest were ready the next day. Everything looks great and I'm so happy they were able to squeeze in my smaller order on short notice.

My company, Swift Passport, used Alphagraphics for the first time because they could promise a large print job to be done in a short period of time, and they were right down the street from us. We were really happy with the job, and have been using them for poster, card and pamphlet design and printing ever since! We don't have an in house designer, I find that if I email or verbally explain a concept idea, their designers can quickly put something together for me consistent with our branding with a lot more creativity than I have to offer. They keep our projects on file, so we can get things printed and couriered to our office by simply making a quick call. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. Fast. They did an absolutely fantastic job on all my outsourcing!!!! HOWEVER, I got a Konica Minolta machine recently since you don't have to pay to do it in-house. When they told me they would even pay for the servicing and toner, I sadly had to say goodbye to Alphagraphics. It was hard because they're great, but spending that money to do business was proving a little less cost-efficient when I could lease or own it and not have to leave. The people are wonderful, the business was great, but I love not having to leave and be able to print in-house! Whew! Saves so much time, money and effort!

After a disappointing experience with another printer - and a deadline approaching fast - I looked to Yelp for other local options. As AlphaGraphics was close by, I headed over and took my chances. Well, excellent idea, if I do say so myself! Courteous, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable, the staff here went above and beyond to ensure my job was printed fast, beautifully and to my complete satisfaction - Even to the extent of printing black and color elements separately to eliminate a phantom blotch that showed up on my art file. Had a pretty rude sales associate, she was visibly annoyed at my questions and even though she knew I was under time constraints, she never called me to tell me my items were ready. I waited till the end of the second day when I called and "Josh?" told me the booklet had been ready since the end of the first day I dropped it off!! SOMEONE should have called, no?! When I talked with the manager, who was pleasant, he apologized but did not offer any compensation. At $65 per booklet and the fact I was going to reorder ten more he should've tried harder to keep my business..

Last week I had to print a photo for an art show (16"x20") and I wanted it mounted or printed in the most economical way to be hung on the wall of a gallery. I called for a quote and a nice gentleman named Jose quoted $47 for the print. He also advised me of the most effective process for printing my print, which was directly onto a foam-core like material. I told him I'd be dropping off my file during my lunch break. Unfortunately, I was not able to do so, so I called back and Jose informed me that I can just upload my file-awesome! My piece was ready to pick up in less than 24 hours. When I picked it up, I was very happy with the results. The colors were right on, the print quality was great and the piece was nicely packaged with corner protectors and a protective plastic film. The lady at the counter was also very nice. As a bonus, my piece received many compliments in the art show and it even sold! Many people asked where i got it printed and I was proudly pushing Alphagraphics on Washington. I will definitely be back with more business.
