The staff is really nice, but they didn't listen to any of the indications I gave. I left very unhappy with both my hair cut and colour. I showed many pictures of what I wanted and tried to discuss al lenght as the first idea I had was not feasible, so I wanted to agree on something together. During the colouring phase I expressed my concern as what they were doing looked exaclty like what I didn't want, a stripy look rather than an ombre, even though the hair dresser reassured me that she understood, I still ended up with exactly what I didn't want. They booked me in for a second appointment to fix my hair, but when I tried to explain why I was unhappy and what I wanted ahead of the appointment, they kept cutting me off. Nobody even mentioned a discount or whether I would have to pay again full price to get my hair fixed and honestly given how little they seemed to care I didn't want to risk it anymore. I spent a lot of money and a lot of time there and left very upset. I don't think I will ever go back.

I went here today after another hairdresser the day before made a mess of my hair, I was in tears. Hazel said she would be happy to fix it and she certainly did. I left the salon this time, with tears of pure JOY what an amazing hairdresser ! The staff were so lovely too, I can not recommend this salon enough. Thank you so, so much Hazel and your staff for making my day. Will never go anywhere else now. 🙏🙏🙏❤️

I’ve been going to UCONCEPT for years. All the stylists are great and Hazel and Natalie are super friendly. They cut my hair and my boys hair. 😀All my family go here and all the stylist are great! Super friendly and professional salon near Queens Park. I’ve updated my review because I am not sure if they are open on a Monday anymore.
