WebMO has been so helpful with my business and optimizing my google business profile. Their workshops have done wonders for me. The workshops are so informative on ways I can improve my web presence and how I can define my business to be set apart. The team is so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The team gets you thinking about what goals you have with your online presence and how you want to present the business to your target audience. They help you to understand SEO and where to use it and how. I would definitely recommend utilizing their free digital marketing report and their free social media strategy session. If anyone were to ask me where to go to get web marketing and optimization I would recommend WebMO! |

I have been in business for 31 years here in Tucson. I trusted and chose to use this company because I knew the owner, I had another friend who is also a business owner who referred me to WebMO, and because it is locally owned. This company does not know the meaning of integrity, it is truly unbelievable. I even went to Brian the owner and gave him every opportunity to explain his mistakes. One example is one of the pictures on my website they built was programmed to say it was a hedgehog curling up in a ball, when in fact it was a man steam cleaning a car. My website had no activity on it for 2-3 months from Webmo. Another example is that when a customer goes to my website, they can fill out a submission form and send it to me. Those did not start coming to me until August 29, 2022. This means that none of the clients that sent in forms for the prior 6 months were not responded to. How embarrassing!!! Which also means lost revenue for my company. Meanwhile I was paying $750.00 per month to maintain and continue to build my site. I now know that every website has a digital record when any work is done on it even if it is for 34 seconds or 3 hours there is a record. I had a conversation with Brian, the owner addressing all my valid concerns with documentation. His response was he would fix a few things and I would not need to pay him for July of 2022 not taking any responsibility for anything. Comments were made like, oh that odd, how was I supposed to know that you were not receiving the submission forms? For the time they managed my account on Google My Business, I had a consistent 30-40% decrease in traffic to my site. Be in business this long you know that is significant, and not in a good way. To wrap this up Brain did not keep his work about fixing the items he said he would, he did nothing which was his pattern throughout my experience with WEBMO. Within one month of the new company managing my website, it was up 36%. It is amazing when you pay someone, and they do what they say they are going to do! My average increase over the last 6 months is 38.06%. All the "analytics, reports, consultation, and evaluations were reports which you can get from your Google Business back office. Out of the 7 months I employed this company, those were emailed to me a couple of times. Overall, this company does not keep their word and in my opinion are dishonest and count on the fact that you are not an expert in the field so they can pull the wool right over your eyes. BEWARE. |

Since Ariana and WebMo have taken over our digital marketing, we have seen an increased volume of new patients! She is a great communicator and answers any and all questions I have in a prompt manner. She knows what she is doing and I look forward to growing our relationship in the future! I am sorry it has taken me this long topmost a review. In a way, it's all Arians's fault. Due to her, and the WebMO team's efforts, I have been busy educating my new clients on the services they are interested in purchasing. Ariana is AMAZING! I feel blessed to have her on my team, and I love telling everyone about the new clients that have found us because of her. I find her ability to explain what WebMO can do for my business is what I like best about her. She is sincere, focused, and knowledgeable. Ariana goes over what has happened in the last month for my business, and offers ways to improve. She follows up and is easy to reach. Those are the reasons why I signed on, and the reason I stay. She cares. The people I have referred her to have been impressed with her as well. |
