Dave was great to work with and quickly realized the back door would require a bit more planning, so he sent out Eric to take a look and make sure everything would be done right. Once we agreed on the final approach for the back door, the installation was scheduled for later that same week. Overall, the entire process took about two weeks, which felt very efficient. Eric arrived on time and did an excellent job with the installation. The old decal on the front door was completely removed, and the new signs look amazing. The finished result exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend West Press — outstanding service, great communication, and beautiful work.

I went to West Press, the first time in seven years, for their recommendation on a project I wanted to do. I was greeted well by the receptionist and she gave me polite recommendations on what I could do with my project. Another women came by and was rude and short with me. I said I would take care of it and walked out. If you have a small project this company will blow you off. They were rude seven years ago and still are on Wednesday 11-27-2019!
