I've used this company continuously for about 45 years. They were excellent for a long time, but have dropped off a cliff lately. They keep changing the type of investments my existing funds are targeted for. Also, I spent 2 hours & 21 minutes on one phone call with them last week, just to execute a very simple transfer of funds. I would not advise anyone to invest with Vanguard.

All five of these Stars only goes to a customer service Personnel by the name Mr.Kevin Parker after being met with unprofessionalism it was a true Delight to encounter Mr.Parker I pray that he receives the much-needed promotion to supervisor or perhaps CEO whichever comes first @Kevinparker 👍🏾🙏🏾👍🏾

Unbelievable wait times, redundant inability to solve a basic problem. Clearly the company does not value human interaction. Shop elsewhere for a like company rated highly for customer service.

Every time I try to get in contact with this company it's a living nightmare. I call and the automated machine doesn't have options to suit what I am looking for and then when I finally get in the queue for a live agent the hold time is 26-36 minutes. I wait 20 mins and right after giving out the PERSONAL INFORMATION the rep asked about me THEY HUNG UP. This is not my first time having an issue with vanguard. They are one of the WORST. 12/10 don't recommend.

How this firm has deteriorated over the years! By the time one navigates the telephone tree options, it's time for lunch. In closing out a small UTMA account this week for a grandchild, I was charged $100, even though that account was opened well before any fees policy was imposed. It's been a lesson to the extended family, and particularly young family members getting started with investment funds, to choose your "friends" carefully. You won't find them in Valley Forge.

I used Vanguardwebsites.com for my personal blog and was happy with the results. The team was responsive to my needs and the final product exceeded my expectations.

I normally love Vanguard and I didn’t want to give it three stars. I am disappointed with today’s service encounter. They sent me a notice in the mail to change over one of my old mutual fund to their new brokerage system. I went to take care of it and could not do so online and was prompted to call. When I called, even though I am a primary owner, because my husband’s name was listed first, the system is set up for him to be the only one to be able do it. The irony here is that he doesn’t even have a passcode to take care of this as I am the ‘finance’ person in the family. I am heartily sick of financial firms listing my husband first and making me go through hoops. I thought Vanguard was a better company. The Vanguard customer service person on the other line was super polite and apologetic. He also assured me that it will automatically change if we do nothing. I was thinking (but I am doing something about this so that the account is set up how I want!). I had to ask him to launch a complaint. As polite as he was, his attitude was that of someone who cannot do anything about this ‘system’ issue. Perhaps I was asking too much for a man to understand this indignity. I went onto my Vanguard account online to launch a complaint but there isn’t a link for this type of complaint. Needless to say it’s now happening in this very public forum. Women in PA are 57% of the Labor force. Does Vanguard want to be like everyone else and automatically list the main user to be the man in the house? I took the time today to put in this review in hopes that your company will rise to the occasion and ask your customer who the primary financial contact is on an account. Not being able to handle my financial accounts any way that I want when I am the account owner is not acceptable.
