I actually think this clinic is very good except for the fact that sometimes you will wait in line during busy times even though you come 20 minutes ahead for your appointment if they’re having problems you will still be considered late. But rather than get angry, just try to speak to someone about working you in. My main issue is the gynecology here. General health is fine. The lab is very good. Psych is also very good. My issue is that I have PCOS, endometriosis, chronic pain and fatigue and I have hormone imbalances and I have only been able to see a gynecologist one time in three years. After my first visit the first year, they never scheduled me again or thought I needed one and I had to get a referral from another doctor to get a gynecology appointment. And then they are booked out up to six months. I currently had to wait five months for a gynecology appointment after all of that and I got my cycle so I couldn’t do the exam so now I’m having to wait until April and that is a total of almost 3 years without a gynecology appointment when it’s my main health concern. They need More gynecology, doctors and they need to take it more seriously I feel like my women’s health is not taken seriously here unless I was pregnant.

Came in at 1120 for my 1130 appointment currently 1150 still in waiting but have the audacity to try and cancel your appointment after 5 min grace period ..mind you it's never any parking smh

Specialist did not take the time to listen to my concerns. They didn’t completely fill out my paperwork and I was instructed to make a telephone visit the next time instead of an in person visit . It takes 4 months to get an appt and they are constantly changing your primary Dr. After the unsatisfactory of my visit today , I immediately got on the phone and found a new Dr .

I hate coming here and I'm glad I canceled future appointments. They only give you a 5 min. grace period for appointments. I'm disabled, we can't find parking and live in Rosedale. Therapy is only 15 min long and it's not worth it for me. The lobby is always crowded full of people. Last appointment I waited over 30 min for the psychiatrist and they didn't cancel the appointment. But I was 2 min late for the therapist and they marked me as a "no show". Where's my consideration for this appointment?

I’ve been waiting since June, three months now, to see Dr. Stuart at this location. However, every time the day of my appointment arrives, it gets canceled with the reason that the doctor is out of the office. What a coincidence. Unfortunately, they don’t offer to reschedule me with another provider, as Dr. Stuart is apparently the only doctor who treats infertility. At this point, it feels like my concerns aren’t being taken seriously and that she doesn’t want to treat me. I’m very disappointed.

I'm really having problems here. I can't seem to get medication refilled, and they took me off a much needed medication I need. I have called repeatedly with the same problem and I still continue to have problems. What happened to treating patients with care? I also had a Dr hang up on me twice, refused to accommodate me with captions because I'm deaf. I am not too happy.

I’m so tired of going thru tis issue wit the Clinica, my kids doctor always tells the nurse as she goes out, give them an appointment for three months, but she keeps the medication up until three months and then we go and re-see them and every time I call it’s somebody different what today really took the cake cause we just seen her and the guy that answered the phone was rude very rude and he didn’t even know what he was talking about but then he looked on the file and he says oh yes, I see you signed and I said sign what what are you talking about and he didn’t really know what to say then I told him I need the prescription for both of them. He said no you gotta make an appointment never let me talk. He over talked. He was rude and I’m trying to get a hold of the company again where I can complain at. They never listen to the doctor or they never pay attention to what they’re taught, but other than that, the doctor is awesome. She’s a very good doctor, but it’s the majority of the workers.
