JP and his team did an excellent job replacing the rotten roofing trim on the front of my house. They installed new trim, dog edge that was never installed by the builder, and painted and reinstalled the gutters. I would highly JP for home repairs because of the attention to detail and reasonable pricing.

JP Hamilton was recommended to us by friends in the neighborhood. We had multiple projects around the house (inside and out) that we had not been able to find anyone to complete (due to high degree of expertise needed). JP took on all of our projects professionally and diagnosed the best way to approach each one. He is a PRO at not only figuring out how to fix things but also completing each project successfully. Our biggest project was having him cover the Pergola (in the backyard) for shade in the summer and also be protected from the weather. We had asked all sorts of different contractors over the past 2 years if they would complete this ‘Pergola’ project but they all found excuses not to do it. When presented to JP, he brainstormed different ideas, then he implemented those ideas and successfully completed it in a timely (and reasonably priced) manner. Our smallest project was the back patio door that had been sticking at the top and bottom for over a year. He analyzed the problem and fixed it promptly. Now our back door opens and closes easily without issue. JP is knowledgeable, highly efficient and so easy to work with.
