I had to call the customer service number 2 times before I was able to get a hold of someone. And when I did get a hold someone, there were connection issues.

I have read these wonderful comments about the quality of the wall calendars for photographers. It is what led me to make a purchase of 600 units. I paid for 2-day air to have them for a huge community festival this weekend. I cannot use any of them, frankly, I'm embarrassed for them. Their guarantee stipulates that I must pay for the shipping to send everything back, and then pay again for them to ship everything back to me after they reprint the order. This is outrageous, I spent nearly $5000 for this order and would have made it all back plus a substantial profit this weekend but now I have calendars with vertical lines through each image as if the printer wasn't calibrated properly. I really wanted to use them and asked family to look. They said it was "very noticeable." I would love to just keep them and try to make a return on my investment, but it is that bad and I really don't want my name attached to this substandard quality. Even the cover has vertical lines crossing the entire image field. The glossy finish only accentuates the lines. In images of the Northern Lights it's even more apparent. The paper quality and physical product is satisfactory, but the image quality would cause me to think twice about using this printer for any high-quality photographic work because my options now are to have them re-print the entire order, pay for the cost of reshipping their defective product back to them, and paying out- of-pocket to have the reprint shipped back to me. I already spend over $660 for 2nd-day air. I paid for quality and I got shoddy, amateurish work. I will not have these calendars for the festival that starts tomorrow with an anticipated weekend crowd of over 100,000. If you're a professional photographer I would think twice about utilizing their service high quality images.

I've been a customer of PrintingCenterUSA for 4 years now and like their calendar printing for the photography calendar I create each year. Normally I'm very impressed by the quality of the printing, packaging, and online store; this time, however, there were a few small issues, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The web portal for uploading files kept giving me issues this year and it was not clear that I was missing files until I checked a few days later - this was just a minor inconvenience, and I really appreciate that PrintingCenterUSA was able to get my order printed and shipped by the original date estimate considering the delay in the proof process. Another small issue this year was that the calendars were packed without any separators between them, producing some small dents where the wire bindings lined up against adjacent calendars. I appreciate the reduction of packaging materials, and most of the calendars were unaffected, so this was just a minor issue. A more significant issue, however, is that the back cover page was printed upside down. It's not a deal-breaker - I should still be able to sell the calendars as is - but the page was right side up in the proof and I'm confused as to why it is upside down in the printed results. I still like PrintingCenterUSA, but am not as impressed with their calendar quality this year as I normally am.
