Dr Kelli Gramlich is amazing. She is open, available and understanding. The office and admin staff is also really great. John and Noah are responsive and flexible and polite and helpful. They handle everything with my insurance and all I do is pay my copay. The best thing is I literally do every communication, including me appointments, online or via text. Such a great experience.

Horrible customer service and the call center is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for help . They care more about making money off of people instead of caring about you or your progress with mental health. Do not go here.

My Dr, Kelli, is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. You can easily tell that she cares about her patients. The staff, particularly Noah, is also very knowledgeable and proficient. He is friendly and thorough. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is that I get bombarded with appointment reminders prior to my appointment. Duplicate reminders, triplicate reminders. Always asking either to confirm my appointment or remind me of my appointment. It’s too much.

John was so sweet and kind. He helped me feel better as I am having a challenging emotional time in my life. He even wished my daughter a happy birthday
