They’re pretty nice and good at their job. I’m just disappointed that they didn’t inform me ahead of time about my design that it will be possibly cut off because it’s in the edge and not embedded. I emailed them last Monday after I went there to ask about the design but I didn’t hear any response until this Wednesday that it was ready to pick up and they already printed. I just wished they responded to me early so I could’ve corrected it on my end.

Love the design on my hoodie! Only issue is the image they showed of the final designs through email did not match the actual hoodie. I was told the image was not to scale because they had measurements outlined. Just wish since that was the case, it was more accurate on the photo. If you order, pay attention to the measurements NOT the photo itself. UPDATE: After speaking with Paula and Sergio, it was clear they value customer satisfaction. They were able to help me by replacing the original hoodie with one that I was happy with. I appreciate them and the business for going an extra step to fix this. Love the new hoodie!

Ummmmmmm all i can say is YESSSSSS. The customer service is super. And my family and I truly needed a company we could trust. We we're under so much stress and had a deadline to meet. The team was honest when they couldn't giving us the material we needed for our flag. And we only had a low pixel photo to give them. But regardless of the situations CV graphics over preformed our expectations. We also picked up our flag two days prior to expected date. Don't look no further and get your graphics done here. First off I have to say, Sergio is amazing. TLDR: Go here for all of your custom printing needs. They are professional, detailed and care about your work. They definitely take pride in what they do. I came here on black Friday and needed a special printing job. I first went to FedEx to get it done, unfortunately they were unable to do it. So I found CV on Yelp. I made a call and described what job I needed done and Sergio said to come by. I needed to make a custom Pokemon Trading Card. I was using it to ask someone I had feelings for to be my significant other. Sergio printed it out on two sheets, card stock and semi-gloss paper. The results turned out fantastic and were such high quality. It was also very cheap and reasonable. Sergio handled everything perfectly.
