As a long-term client of BCT (since 2014), we previously appreciated your team’s responsiveness and compassion when resolving minor issues. However, over the past year, the quality of service has declined significantly, reaching a point that is now severely impacting our business operations. In 2025, we experienced multiple days of downtime. Following BCT’s recommendation, we underwent the difficult process of switching from Comcast to AT&T, yet the instability persisted. An employee of BCT worked on the side with a broker for AT&T, so we trusted BCT on their recommendation to switch. It was difficult transitioning as we kept getting booted out of our system repeatedly for almost a month straight then when we were finally back in business… Our system was down for the entire day on December 30th with minimal explanation or status updates. Similar to what was happening when we had Comcast. Today, our system has been down once again for the entire day and remains offline and it is 6pm. Our clients are receiving "undeliverable" notices, and because BCT manages our Microsoft Exchange environment, we are completely paralyzed. According to Microsoft, this may be a straightforward fix related to a security update and password reconnection, yet we have received no timeline for a resolution despite reaching out to both our technician and you directly. The owner doesn’t care when he is emailed by us directly. He suggested to use personal email account, but this is not a viable solution for a professional firm. It creates significant hurdles: * Client Professionalism: We cannot ask clients to use personal Gmail or Yahoo addresses. * Website Integration: Our "Contact Us" web forms are currently failing to reach us. * Operational Workflow: We cannot receive critical court-filed scans that are hardwired to our professional email addresses. * The current lack of urgency suggests that our business continuity is not a priority for BCT. We need our system restored immediately and a formal explanation as to why these outages continue to occur, just like every other business owner that is impacted by these issues. We have never once been offered a reimbursement or credit for this inconvenience. Given the amount we pay monthly, this is unacceptable. |

I've used BCT Consulting's Xobee VoIP service for years now. The quality is spot on. The support is terrific. Pricing is about the best you can get. And the service and the support from the techs and managers there -- time and time again --- is flat out superb. They may be in Fresno while I'm in Tampa Bay, but I would not consider switching my business VoIP service to a cheap-rate or local company for anything. |

The staff at BCT have been excellent in solving any phone problem for our company. Chris was professional and has helped with our computers too. We are exclusively on MACs. Thank you! |
As of today, I have gone 11 days without access to our business email. Our company relies on email for daily operations, and BCT has completely failed to restore service, provide transparency, or take accountability. The so-called “temporary” continuity platform they pointed us to is incomplete and unreliable. It does not provide full access to our email history and is missing large blocks of messages. This is not a solution, it’s a stopgap being used to try and mask a much larger failure. Over the course of this outage, multiple members of our staff were verbally told by BCT personnel that “40% of their servers failed.” However, after a week of outage we asked for a written explanation via email, and BCT refuses to provide one. They responded in writing stating it wasn’t actually a server issue (contradicting the past week of what our staff had been told) but then refused to state what the issue actually was. To date, they have provided: No written explanation of what actually failed No ETA for recovery No confirmation of email integrity No accountability from leadership Instead, they continue to respond with vague statements like “we are focused on fixing the issue,” while avoiding direct answers to basic questions about cause, scope, or timeline. Every request for clarity is met with deflection. We have repeatedly asked what caused the outage. We have repeatedly asked when it will be fixed. We have repeatedly asked whether our emails even still exist. None of those questions have been answered. For a company that markets itself as a “managed IT services provider” and charges “ongoing monthly fees for “unlimited” reliability and rapid response, this level of service is unacceptable. Eleven days without business email, no explanation, no ETA, and no transparency is not just poor service, it’s operationally dangerous. Based on our experience, do not trust BCT with mission-critical systems. If your business depends on email, uptime, or honest communication during a crisis, look elsewhere.
