The only problem with birdies is that I am totally addicted! In only one month I came 4 times and never had been disappointed! The soft serve is delicious with the best texture ever, creamy, and doesn’t melt too quickly. The toppings are amazing, love their cookie dough and crunchy sauces. Every time the team was incredibly kind and efficient, no matter how long the line was! As a huge fan of froyo since my childhood (I’m a millennial!) … this is far the best!! 😍

Good original tart frozen yogurt with mochi topping. You can’t really taste the raspberry in the raspberry tart, but it gives the yogurt a pretty color. Expect to wait in line and then wait a bit longer for your frozen yogurt cup to be made. Cute interior overall, especially the wallpaper and candy section.

A charming spot is situated in the lovely West Village. The selection of toppings is limited, and it would be better if the topping prices were the same across the board instead of being divided into low-cost and premium categories. The PB froyo tastes great! However, the small cup is somewhat small for the price you're paying.

I tried Birdie’s for the first time and had such a great experience! The staff were incredibly kind, so cheerful and welcoming. I came on a Wednesday afternoon, so there were no lines and plenty of seating, the vibes were really chill. The froyo was good! I got the chocolate and tart. I loved both, but the chocolate was definitely my favorite - creamy and rich. I also love that they are not stingy with the toppings, you get them on the bottom and on the top, which is perfect.

Came here on a warm Sunday afternoon and waited around 15 min. The coffee and tart flavors were out (as well as some toppings), so would definitely suggest coming earlier if you want to try the more popular flavors. The froyo was subtly sweet and airy, almost like a soft serve consistency. Prices are reasonable for the portion, but more expensive than froyo chains like Pinkberry. Would definitely come back to try more flavors if there is no wait!

top tier froyo spot n def one of the best ones in the city!! the tart flavor is classic and peanut butter was delicious too- i got a swirl. lots of really fun and unique topping options. they put more toppings in the bottom of the cup too so every bite gets some. very sweet staff!

amazing ambience, nice staff, but subpar froyo 😭 - i got the original tart with choco shell, i prefer a tart and creamy froyo and i found birdie’s to be lacking in both tartness and creaminess - in comparison to madison fare/culture/mimi’s, birdie’s tart is icier and weaker in flavor - it actually reminds me of anita la mamma gelato’s tart froyo, which is also quite icy and flavorless; funnily enough, anita’s also does the toppings at the bottom so there’s many similarities between the two - the choco shell was from a hershey’s bottle which was fine but a lil disappointing because i was expecting the melted liquid ones where you can dip or pour over froyo (and it also looked a lil ugly 😭) - a bit pricy especially if you want “premium” toppings - i did appreciate the tables and chairs! most of these froyo spots around the city have little to no space or seating - tldr: would not be mad if this was the only froyo spot in town but i will be sticking with mimi’s/madison fare/culture for my weekly fix

Hands down the best froyo experience I’ve ever had. Incredibly charming space and vibe matched perfectly by sensational yogurt. Excellent flavors, toppings, a candy wall only found in dreams, and service to match. Birdie’s smartly packs your toppings below and above the yogurt so you always have a perfect mix. There’s a reason the line is long, it’s delicious. Don’t worry, it moves fast!

My experience at Birdies was nothing short of exceptional. The employees were calm and jovial despite an extensive line of customers. I very much enjoyed the excellent tart flavor, with toppings: raspberry sauce (fresh and bright), cheesecake bites, and coconut.

Best froyo in Manhattan!! Been so excited for Birdie’s to open and it did NOT disappoint! I usually just go for tart, but tasted the peanut butter which was insane, so had to go for half and half. So many yummy topping options, and the candy bar was also a dream! Not to mention the overall vibes of the store which are adorable. I’ll probably be purchasing a hat next time I’m there. I arrived about 10 minutes before the posted closing time and was turned away. With no reason given as to why, the interaction came across as very rude and it is still unclear why a closing time is posted if the business is effectively closed earlier. With several other frozen yogurt options nearby that prioritize customer experience, I’ll be choosing those instead.

Truly the best froyo I’ve had in nyc!! Incredible assortment of toppings and flavors. There is also a great selection of candy for all sweet tooth needs. The atmosphere at Birdie’s is clean, warm and inviting and it’s the best place to just hang out. Highly recommend.

SO DELISH! The owner and her husband were incredibly sweet and welcoming. I tried both the chocolate and the tart flavors and they were amazing, super soft and creamy and not overly sweet at all. All the toppings looked amazing and are from local bakers. The inside is so cute and cozy and feels very Serena and Lily inspired. Will definitely be a regular!
