When I confronted him, he was evasive and hid behind whitewashed business speak. After I threatened legal action, contacted his LLC attorney, told him I was going to report him to CA and Orange-Co. authorities, and disputed the last 8 charges on my CC, Javier finally relented. It was like pulling teeth. In the end, he accepted the 8 disputed charges and refunded me the other 4. Big headache, upset, and lost time. I bumped up my review from 1/5 to 2/5, but I'm still not happy.
