I entrusted my vehicle to your employee, and the work performed began to peel within hours of completion. I returned three months later hoping for a resolution, but the outcome was even worse. The lack of pride in workmanship and professionalism was evident, and I was informed that there was no warranty offered for the service. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any automotive service provider. I expected a higher standard of quality and accountability, and I regret that this was not met. I was initially very interested in branding my trucks with Sticky Media due to their good reputation and the fact that we work in the same sector. I even personally know some of their staff, which gave me confidence in their services. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed by how they handled my project. I visited Sticky Media in person hoping to get a quote quickly. After waiting 20 minutes in their office, the sales representative simply asked me to send an email instead, which I did immediately. Despite that, it took them a week and a half to get back to me, and the quote they provided was both incorrect and overpriced. I had received a quote from them last year that was 30% lower for the same work. After I pointed out the mistake and requested a corrected quote, it took them another week to send me yet another incorrect quote. So, overall, it took two weeks just to get one accurate quote, and the final price was 30% higher than what other companies in the market were offering. I was quoted $22,000 by Sticky Media, while other companies quoted me between $14,000 and $16,000. In the end, I found a different company that not only gave me a much better price but also delivered excellent customer service in a timely manner. I'm sure Sticky Media produces great work, but if you’re not a big-name client like Starbucks or another major corporation, their customer service seems to fall short.
