I hired this marketing company for SEO services and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I paid for several months of keyword management—$400 per month for 50 window-related keywords and $700 per month for 100 roofing keywords—but never saw any improvement in rankings. After six months, none of the window keywords were ranking, and roofing rankings were still far below expectations. I was then told I “needed a new website,” even though my existing site already had an acceptable authority score. I was quoted a 2-week build time, but the website was completed in a day using a template and simply filled with my old content. The site was left untouched for months, despite ongoing SEO payments. In addition, the new website had multiple errors: misspellings, incorrect company names, two wrong phone numbers, and forms that were not routing properly. These issues remained on the site for 3–4 months until I personally discovered them and contacted the owner about it. When I attempted to address my concerns and ask for clarity on what work was being done each month, the conversations became increasingly uncomfortable, and I ultimately decided to cancel all services. After canceling, content I had paid to have placed on my Google Business Profile was removed, and several settings were changed, which created even more issues for my business. Overall, the experience cost me a significant amount of time and money, and I did not receive the results or level of service I expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. There’s so much more this company neglected to do for either not caring or incompetence but because she deliberately tried to hurt my business for no longer choosing to do business her firm I had no choice but to warn other business owners of the services we received
