However, I later discovered that TopBros has no employees or operations in the U.S. — all the work is outsourced to developers in India, which was never disclosed upfront. Throughout the project, I observed suspicious access to our website from Indian IP addresses. When I raised the issue, Jack gave vague and unconvincing responses, raising further concerns about transparency and data security. If you value supporting American businesses and stand by our nation, I strongly advise caution before working with this company. What appeared to be a U.S.-based service turned out to be a front for outsourced operations, which felt misleading and unprofessional. Please do your research before hiring. Make sure the people you're trusting with your business are honest about who they are and where they operate from.
