scam site, read the fine print, we were good customers for years and thought we had a 30 day out clause, we found something better and now LISTRAK wants to auto renew for 1 year based on the original first year agreement. or they will charge us for the following year and let us out now. REALLY? this is 2020. dont treat your customers like this. its okay to part ways after a few years, or sweeten and improve your product. But to have we email their lawyer to talk about ou account is REDICULOUS. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL AND YOU WILL TALK TO A LAWYER , NOT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.
