We were treated with such disregard as well~ unwanted vaccines~ the lady whose office is by infusion is one of the worst people and the rudeness of receptionists in Quincy caused so much strain. We will never go back to QMG~ I feel bad for the decent people who work there. My family is still traumatized! Was it the QMG older lady- my 1st house showing that had no appointment (trespassed) then had the buyer the 2nd time.... same Quincy woman that showed up in Pittsfield when our wishes were violated with a meningitis B vaccine? I am thinking she wanted us homeless- cause the new buyer had the same condescending manner. Had 2 men in the 2nd showing. QMG will attack your personal life if you say anything against them.

On July 10th I had a one hour telehealth visit with a doctor Matthew Walker that is certain to change my life forever, only not in a good way as Dr. Walker's evaluation of me was riddled with lies and deception. He intentionally attempted to make me appear delusional or uncooperative. When I asked questions his response was always. I'm not going to explain myself to you. Isn't that what every patient wants to hear from his doctor. I thought we were to trust our doctor. So where is the integrity in falsifing a patients permanent medical records? Sharing your personal information with anyone requires a safe space. However due to my experience with Dr. Walker and Dr. Royster whom signed off on all of his lies. It is my opinion that Quincy Medical Group is not a safe place to share anything. Sincerely Timothy Phalen

I love my primary doctor, but when I am not feeling good and have had scans or other test done I would like to have my results in a timely manner and I think 4 days is giving plenty of time. But since it’s a holiday weekend I guess they wanted to go home and enjoy being with their families while the patients suffer. Just aggravates me that the results are there to be read and they can’t take five minutes to look at them.

But the most wonderful thing about the Quincy Medical Group is that them along with Blessing Hospital work together because those doctors at the Quincy Medical Group they also go over and they work at blessing so if you're admitted to Blessing Hospital your Quincy Medical Group Dr tours in the morning to do his rounds and he or she will come by and see you within the hours of starting at 7:00 up until 11:00. They give you their time, care, compassion and they communicate with you on a level that you understand. They want you to ask questions and then give you the best answers. Then they'll come back and check on you the next day to see if you're doing any better and if you're not they'll change your medicines to help you get better. I believe your care once you get to know the people over at the umg they are the most loving doctors nurses and that you will find within the tri-state area!!
