We have unfortunately had a poor experience with this software over the last few years. The software is updated constantly and often without notice resulting in features of the software no longer working or looking as they once did (and it still remains VERY buggy). On a few occasions, upon starting up in the morning, the software is not functional at all. In this event, floor personnel needs to manually record jobs they complete so management can go back in later when the software is back up and running to adjust job statuses and material usage (not counting time lost against jobs). It is almost as if they make adjustments to the software without ensuring it does not negatively effect itself before implementing the changes. I am not directly involved with scheduling, but from what I know, we are basically manually scheduling work through our facility due to the failure of the software to do it automatically. I am sure no ERP software is a perfect fit for every company but every step of the way we have issues with it. Fulcrum offers a variety of very convenient features and honestly has some real perks, but for us, the negatives heavily out weigh the positives.
