I was genuinely excited to work with Atomic Disc because they came highly recommended by a friend, but the experience has been disappointing. They have been completely unresponsive to my emails, and when I called for help, the person who answered was noticeably short with me and said he couldn’t assist and would “get to my email when he can.” It has now been over a week with no follow up. I also planned to place a large order for 2,000 CDs, but their website tried to charge $1,000 for shipping even though shipping for 1,000 CDs is $320. Between the lack of communication and the confusing shipping pricing, I’ve decided to return to Disc Makers instead.

I had an excellent experience with Atomic Disc! I forgot to add an image for the disc itself, but to my surprise they added the album cover image for me! That is real service! Their turn times were rapid, going from order to finished product at my door in approx a week (including back and forth to approve final art). Just got my first order in the mail today. The quality was superb. The artwork looked really clean and the colors were true to form. I called and spoke with someone and they were very helpful walking me through the process. The had emailed my label because the acquired the company easy disc. We had regularly used easy disc for our pressing needs but they always left something to be desired in the customer service department. Atomic Disc really turned the corner in that area. Everyone was helpful, communication was clear and the product was good quality. Will be using these guys again in the future!
