Overpromised and under delivered! We had the same experience as Edward Pino described in his review. We tried this for just two months and our Google page went backwards from the very start and never moved the needle! There should have been some forward progress! Items promised were delivered late if at all because you can’t see any of the work they do because it’s all backend so who knows?… this sure didn’t produce any phone calls but we experienced a massive drop in phone calls! I have no idea what they are doing but all we know is there was no positive results!! As for White Label SEO Firm owned by Matt Boley, who says they are in Ohio, show us some results for the money we invested and I will gladly update this review and pay you more….. Disappointed with White Label SEO Firm – Overpromised and Underdelivered I chose White Label SEO Firm after interviewing several agencies, hoping to find a reliable partner that could help grow my business within a tight marketing budget. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing from the very beginning. From Day 1, there was a noticeable lack of initiative. Key deliverables like a keyword rankings report—which should have been foundational—weren’t provided until I followed up. Even then, any progress seemed to come only after I reached out. Tasks such as backlinks, blog posts, and YouTube embeds often appeared rushed and completed at the last minute, usually around the time I inquired about updates. While there was some promise shown by the end of Month 1 after I brought attention to the delay, Month 2 was more of the same—minimal communication and little to no visible results in our analytics or rankings. Despite claims of “backend work” being done all month, their shared deliverables folder told a different story, reflecting very little progress until I initiated contact again. It became clear that more attention was likely being given to higher-tier clients, while smaller accounts like mine were deprioritized. I even requested a partial refund due to lack of service, only to be told that their terms allowed them to refuse refunds. Strangely, I couldn’t find that clause in their actual Terms of Service. Perhaps the most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. At no point did I receive a genuine apology or acknowledgment of the shortcomings, even when I shared data clearly showing a lack of impact. Excuses were the norm, not solutions. Also worth noting—their "Free Until You Rank" offer only applies to agencies with a significant number of clients, making it more of a marketing gimmick than a real opportunity for small businesses. In the end, instead of trying to make things right, the CEO chose to cancel my service outright, leaving tasks unfinished. This experience only reinforced my concerns about their integrity and commitment to client success. Bottom line: I would not recommend White Label SEO Firm based on my experience. If you're a small business hoping for personalized attention, transparency, and true partnership—look elsewhere.
