We worked with this company for around 4 months. We had two scheduled meetings per month. Several times, when we joined a meeting just 1–2 minutes late, they canceled the meeting and postponed it by two weeks. We clearly asked them not to do this and to proceed at the scheduled time. This continued anyway. After another meeting was canceled due to a 2-minute delay, I decided to stop working with them. About 20 days later, we noticed that our meta titles had been blocked. We were never informed. During those 20 days, we experienced serious traffic and business loss, which directly affected revenue. This situation caused major stress and damage to our business. We looked into legal action and spent over $20,000 just on preparation. We were later advised that completing the case could cost up to $400,000, so we had to stop. Based on our experience, this was a very risky and harmful partnership. I would strongly recommend being extremely careful before giving this company control over critical SEO assets.
