I am leaving a review for UpGrow, the digital marketing agency. This organization is unethical in their billing. DO NOT USE! I made multiple attempts to work with them and provide grace. I cancelled my account in Jan 2025. They started billing me in December 2025 with no authorization. I contacted them, they apologized, assured me it would not happen again, and then billed me two more times in the same month. They operate outside ethical and moral guidelines.

Unethical billing practices and violation of California law I requested to cancel my UpGrow services months ago, yet the company has continued to charge me. Their platform makes it extremely difficult to find or complete the cancellation process, which violates California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17602). This law requires companies to provide a simple online cancellation method and to stop billing immediately after a valid cancellation request. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue remains unresolved. I will be filing complaints with the California Attorney General’s Office and the FTC for unfair business practices. Consumers should be aware that canceling with this company is not straightforward and may lead to unauthorized charges.

I only give a 1 because there was no option to give a 0. I believe this is a scam. I used them for one month the price went up. I continued to use them and as soon as I stopped I realized all the followers were fake and have lost at least 1000 since I let Upgrow go. I must say it was a good learning experience as I was new to Instagram with my business. An expensive lesson!
