I am extremely disappointed to be leaving this review, as it was not my preferred course of action. I hired this company, Eric and Nicole, to build two websites concurrently as I needed them completed by the beginning of this year. For the first website, no work ever began. During this period, the developer experienced a personal loss, and I extended patience and grace. Unfortunately, months later, they became completely unresponsive while still holding my deposit. No work was delivered, and no communication has been returned. For the second website, I initially paid a deposit and later paid the remaining balance, in good faith, before the project was fully completed. Again, I extended grace during the above-mentioned personal tragedy. I ultimately had to hire and pay another developer to finish the work. At this point, communication stopped entirely—no responses, no updates whatsoever, and no effort to resolve the situation. I also want to note that the work that was started required significantly more hands-on involvement from me than expected based on their reviews. The level of collaboration was more than I expected based on their reviews/reputation presented publicly. I am sharing this experience so others are not misled. I genuinely hoped to resolve this privately. All I am asking for is: A refund of the deposit for the website that was never started, and a reasonable resolution regarding the website that was paid in full but not completed. I still hope they will contact me so this can be resolved which is all that I’ve been asking for. Unfortunately, due to continued lack of responsiveness, I felt I had no other option but to leave this review.

Service Update (4-Month Follow-Up): Another shout-out is absolutely deserved for Eric and Nicole. It’s been about four months since I was lucky enough to find this team, and I’m happy to say the honeymoon phase is still going strong.
