Bought 2 Mongoose mountain bikes here a month ago. There were a few issues with the bikes, but their bike mechanics did everything they could to help. Rick was very helpful in guiding me through different options we had to fix/replace the issue. In the end, I did have to bleed my own brakes and replace the pads, but that solved all the issues that I had. Through the entire ordeal Rick was checking in and making sure issues were being fixed. I am leaving 5 stars because the team did everything they could and were not dismissive of my issues. As for the bikes, if you are just starting out with mountain bikes, the Mongoose Switchback Expert is a fantastic starting place! For future buyers, please do a full check of your front and rear brake before leaving with your new bike, just to be sure they are working probably.
