This is the WORST HOA management company I ever came across, they never response to the emails/phones - absolutely unprofessional!

If I could give a zero star, I would. We've been in business in Colorado since 1993. Thankfully, we were in our original location for 20 years but when we were forced to move due to a new owner taking over the original building, we moved to a building managed by Miller Real Estate. Biggest mistake ever! Many times it would take multiple calls to get the simplest of items taken care of, parking was leased out to a building across the street so clients were forced had to park farther away due to lack of parking availability. They're CAM charges are totally bogus! And to top it off, when it came time to renew they just ignored us hoping we'd stay beyond our lease term so they could charge 150% of the rent. Needless to say, we are no longer a tenant of Miller Real Estate and are very happy in our new digs.

In the 20+ years I have been in business, I have leased offices from numerous property management companies. By far Miller is one of the worst companies we have ever had to deal with. For maintenance, there has been times it has taken weeks if not months to address concerns we had with our rental. In addition, on more than one occasion they have added a exuberant CAM fee to our monthly rents with no notice whatsoever, raising our rent excessively. To top things off they have leased office space down the hall to churches and at one time a cult type group. The straw that broke the camels back is now that they have leased the office next door to us to what appears to be a prostitution / adult massage ring resulting in a revolving door of women and men, sounds coming through our office walls and a smell of incense so strong we have not been able to work out of our own office. They have chosen to rent parking spaces to a company across the street from us resulting in tenants having to park further away due to a lack of parking spots. We also had several months of dealing with pest control problems, a leak in our office, thermostat issues and more. Every single time we had an issue we were met with hostility and horrible customer service!
