I had a very poor communication experience with Elizabeth Bea. After a phone conversation in which I clearly stated that we were a mismatch and that I would not be moving forward, she continued to text me anyway. I asked who was contacting me, thinking it might be another employee, but it was still her. I then asked her to stop texting me. After acknowledging that request, she sent another message. I called back to ask if there was a general manager or another person I could speak with to provide feedback. She was the only one who answered. While I was asking again to speak with someone else, the call was disconnected while I was still speaking. Based on this experience, the communication felt unprofessional and dismissive, and I would not recommend doing business here.

They clearly skimmed out on the tires, and didnt pay for a wheel alignment before selling vehicles very deceiving, and for a tesla this is a must. This dealership clearly cuts corners, without the customer knowledge. Its maybe a good vehicle, but be aware and sure to check out the maintenance items be sure they wasn't replaced with lower priced aftermarket parts just to sell it

Such a great experience buying a care here. I got a ford fusion and it’s still good as new. All the staff were helpful and patient with me. They are knowledgeable on the cars and helped me pick what was best for my price range.

I came to purchase a Tesla today at this dealership, they wouldn’t budge on the cars at all finally agreed to 2021 model 3 with 51k miles for 33k took it on a test drive and on upon return noticed that there was crack in the window above before signing papers I asked them to get it fixed and the owner decided to pull out of the deal said it was a hazard then he mentioned for that “price” meaning if someone payed him more he would get it fixed… even though it was his negligence that he didn’t notice the issue on his inspection. Not to mention the other Tesla the dealer tried selling has has clearly been in an accident front bumper and rear bumper showing clear signs but they wouldn’t knock price down for that either… saying the dealer /body guy would fix it. Waste of time and poor business practice. ( updating this review after reply from owner, I received a call from them after I had wrote the review telling me they would fix the roof of the car but it would be an after market glass not original from Tesla but either way I said you know what he’s let’s go the deal I went back the same day and when I went while I was waiting on sales men I decided to go look at the car to show my friend hey this is the car I want to buy upon doing that I noticed the trunk had a gap a big one on one side and one side had no gap which was odd to me so I tried telling salesman hey there’s another issue he rudely told me it seems that you just don’t want to buy the car which I told him I wouldn’t be there drive a hour back just to waste his time… it just happened to have more issues which I told him to tell his manager about but once I left I found out later that some teslas have this common issue then I called back to apologize and told them I will buy it even with the gap I sent my email and was waiting on paper work but they did the same thing again got a call next day saying we are pulling out of the deal because they were going to talk to people that they bought the car from to get money for the issues that were with the car, so I’m updating this because it is upsetting to try to frame and call me a liar, I also have proof.

Do not trust this dealership! Like the other 1 star reviews I too was sold a vehicle that began to have several issues just after purchase. And just like other reviewers this dealership completely washes their hands of any responsibility and accountability once the purchase is made and they have their money. This is an absolutely reckless dealership. They sold me a vehicle with bald tires, bad oil, and the incorrect tire lock key. When confronted they offered to replace my tires at my expense. They sent their "inspection" (attached photo) claiming that the tires were deemed passable and that an oil change was completed prior to selling the vehicle. I say "inspection" because the picture of the document that they sent me looked like it had just been typed up. It looked completely unprofessional and had no identifying information like my name or even the make and model of the vehicle! As for the incorrect tire lock key, the person that we spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and claimed that that was not their responsibility. They claim that they inspect their vehicles prior to purchasing and reselling but I highly doubt that given that the tire lock key included with the vehicle was the wrong one, the tires were bare, and that an oil change was needed almost immediately after me purchasing it. I had taken my vehicle to get serviced at Mercedes Benz of Modesto and upon their inspection, the tires were deemed not safe to drive. Bea's had the audacity to challenge the legitimacy of a Mercedes Benz dealership when the "inspection" they offered me was a complete joke. It cost me $120 to get the tire locks removed and they didn't even have the courtesy for reimbursing me for that expense and other expenses incurred from their negligent business practices. They requested that I provide receipts and documentation of all the repairs that needed to be done and I happily provided them to no response. I gave them plenty of time to respond and make amends and I got completely ignored in return. Completely unprofessional and to Humberto and Liz I hope you have the day you deserve and I hope for your customers' sake you improve your business practices.
