This is a fake company. All the reviews below appear to be fake and posted by company employees. There are no real office locations, and everything seems to be an online scam. I lost $3,200, and they are now refusing to issue a refund. The project coordinator, Ravi Chaturvedi, is highly untrustworthy. Initially, he coordinated well, but after onboarding and payment for services, he completely disappeared and stopped responding. I raised a service issue and emailed the company for a quick resolution, but there was no reply. No one answers the phone calls either. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services they provide. It also feels like some Indian employees of JanBask are mocking or taking advantage of U.S. customers, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
