Posting my review to hopefully help others when considering this company. My install was not discussed to me at all for how the process would work, and to say the least my install was absolutely awful. The installer messed up on drilling the hole through my house (which was not mentioned to me that needed to happen). The fiber cord was hanging out of my house, could easily be ripped out, etc. The “stucco” screws used to “attach” the cord to my house were absolutely wrong, pulled right out of the house. My plug was not sealed from the outside. I told them I did not want this service after seeing how bad my install was, and they had to come fix everything they did. Well, as you can see in the attached photo, my stucco now has a different shade to it due to the unknown hole I was getting into the side of my house. Additionally, they were still billing me after all of this, and after calling them twice to stop sending me bills because I was no longer using this service. Overall, truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer. Please see all attached photos and make your own assumption if you want this service to your house.

Exceedingly unreliable service. Craps out frequently. Customer service is even worse. Avoid like the plague. Edit to respond to owner: you have not worked extensively with me. The original install was incomplete and took 3 hours, not the stated 2. I was told you’d connect three devices as part of the install, but you connected only one. You set up three WiFi networks and after I had everything connected—on my own with no help from you—you then eliminated one. That meant I had to go back and change connections for several devices. Every customer service rep I’ve talked to has given me a different story. You’ve left me with a garage door opener that I can’t connect, to which you’ve basically given me a “I don’t know” shrug. All I know is it was connected before I made the mistake of signing up with you. Your solution to all this is to tell me what you want ME to do when it should have been set up correctly to start with. You keep wanting to send another person to my house. But the last time, you sent a supervisor who was not helpful and was very defensive. So keep your BS about “working with me” to yourself. Very unreliable service. It goes out way more than our previous supplier. Clearly you bit off more than you could chew with this expansion. I’m just doing others a favor by telling the truth about what you’re really about.

I'm getting identical service in speed and quality from Clearnetworx that I got from my prior, larger provider for 40% less cost. Their installation was quick and professional. The installer, Dylan was friendly, informative and very professional.

What a great experience having a communication company that actually cares about customer service. They communicated through the entire process of looking to bring service into our neighborhood to scheduling installation at our home. I can't tell you how much it means to have a local company that can understand your needs and questions with a quick response. Now, to the final product. Internet is lightning fast and could tell a difference right away with speeds. I wanted to do a speed test but no need at this point. Oh, and the price is right!

Great service when it works. Unfortunately it is not stable at all. I started service in early December and I’ve had to call them at least 5 times now. Still no resolution and they don’t call back when they say they will. **Updated Review - the tech team lead came out and was very helpful. They took this very serious and the owner followed up on my prior review rather quickly. I love that the service team is local unlike majority of providers. Makes the overall experience much better. Thanks for working to resolve my issues.

I was just on a customer service call with Aaron G. from the inside sales team. He saved me so much money and gave me so many promos, that I am still in shock! Aaron’s energy, personality, and customer service skills, we’re absolutely out of this world! I called to ask a question, and my question was answered by a wonderful gentleman. I hung up, and the phone rang five minutes later. Aaron was on the phone calling to confirm that my question was answered, and asked if he could help me sign up. I said sure, let’s do it over the phone, and within five minutes he had all kinds of promos on my account, literally saved me over $350!! I also got to chat with him a little while. What an absolutely awesome person! He is definitely an asset to the clear networks customer service team! Clearnetworx scored when they hired him!

Just got mine installed by James this week! He did an amazing job! Really nice to see real fiberoptic spliced in front of your very eyes! My price and speed are better too!
